The Registration Fee Includes for Speakers :

• Access to Recorded Sessions : Watch and re-watch all recorded presentations on demand.

• E-Abstract Book and Program : Receive a digital abstract book and detailed conference program for easy reference.

• E-Certificate of Presentation and Participation : Earn an official electronic certificate recognizing your contribution as a speaker and your participation at the event.

• Networking Opportunities : Use virtual meeting rooms, chat features, and discussion forums to connect with attendees, other speakers, and industry professionals.

• Participation in Panel Discussions and Q&A : Engage actively with the audience and other speakers during live Q&A sessions and panel discussions.

Cancellation Policy :

• If a speaker wishes to cancel their participation, a written request must be sent to the organizing team.
• For cancellations received 30 days or more before the event (on or before November 3, 2025), a full refund minus a small administrative fee will be provided.
• For cancellations received less than 30 days before the webinar (after November 3, 2025), a 50% refund will be issued.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations within 7 days of the event start (after November 26, 2025) or for no-shows.
• If the organizers cancel the event, registered speakers will receive a full refund or the option to transfer the fee to a future event.
• Substitution of speakers may be considered with prior notice and approval from the organizing team.
